Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing or participating in any program, coaching container, or service offered through The Coherence Studio. By enrolling or making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. About The Coherence Studio

The Coherence Studio is owned and operated by Rachel Plonka (Rachel Dick Coaching LLC). All programs, coaching services, and digital products are offered by Rachel Plonka, RN, HWNC-BC, a registered nurse and board-certified holistic nurse coach.

Services are delivered virtually to clients located in the United States, with select in-person offerings (retreats, ceremonies) announced separately.

2. Scope of Practice & Not Medical Advice

All services provided through The Coherence Studio — including 1:1 coaching, group programs, digital courses, and workshops — are grounded in education, coaching, and whole-person support. They are not medical services.

Coaching does not include:

Medical diagnosis or treatment
Prescribing medications or supplements
Clinical decision-making of any kind
Therapy or mental health treatment

Information shared in any program or session is not intended to replace medical advice or care from a licensed healthcare provider. You are encouraged to continue working with your primary and specialty providers, and are solely responsible for your own health decisions.

3. Payment & Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Payment is required in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan has been explicitly offered and selected at checkout.

By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable charge to your payment method. Payment plans, where available, are binding agreements — you are responsible for all installments regardless of participation level.

4. Refund Policy — All Sales Final

All purchases are final. No refunds are offered.

This applies to all products and services including, but not limited to:

1:1 coaching packages
Group coaching programs (including The Biohacker's Blueprint)
Digital courses and self-guided programs
Retreats and in-person events
Workshops and info sessions
Digital downloads and workbooks

We encourage you to review all program details, ask questions before purchasing, and ensure that the offering is the right fit before completing your enrollment. If you have questions prior to purchase, please reach out before completing checkout.

In the rare event that a program is cancelled by The Coherence Studio, a credit or alternative arrangement will be offered at Rachel's discretion.

5. Program Access & Participation

Upon purchase, you will receive access to program materials as outlined in the program description. Access details, live call schedules, and cohort-specific logistics will be communicated via the onboarding process.

You are responsible for:

Ensuring you have the technical requirements to participate
Attending live sessions or accessing replays within the available window
Engaging with the material in a way that supports your goals

Results from coaching and programs are not guaranteed. Outcomes depend on your individual engagement, readiness, and commitment to the process.

6. Confidentiality & Community Standards

Group coaching containers and community spaces are built on trust and mutual respect. By participating, you agree to:

Keep what is shared by other participants confidential
Engage with integrity, kindness, and personal accountability
Refrain from recording sessions without explicit written consent
Respect the boundaries and experience of fellow participants

The Coherence Studio reserves the right to remove any participant from a program or community who violates these standards, without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, materials, curriculum, and recordings provided through The Coherence Studio — including The Biohacker's Blueprint and Heal the Write Way — are the intellectual property of Rachel Plonka / Rachel Dick Coaching LLC.

You may not reproduce, distribute, teach, resell, or repurpose any program content without prior written permission. Personal use only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Coherence Studio and Rachel Plonka shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in any program or service.

You participate in all coaching services and programs at your own discretion and risk. You are responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing throughout your participation.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable California law.

10. Changes to These Terms

The Coherence Studio reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
