What Is a Cacao Ceremony?
Cacao has been used for centuries as a heart-opening plant medicine. In ceremony, it becomes a portal. When paired with intentional practice, it deepens your ability to feel, to release, and to receive.
Cacao ceremony is an ancient practice, held with reverence, woven into a framework that blends science and spirit. Every ceremony Rachel leads is grounded in nervous system science and held with reverence and intentionality.
You will leave feeling different than when you arrived. That is the point.
What Happens in the 2 Hours
Each ceremony is unique, but every container includes:

A grounding opening and intention-setting practice

Ceremonial-grade cacao, prepared and shared with intention (or guidance on how to prepare your own - for virtual ceremonies)

How We Can Work Together
Group Ceremony
Ideal for women's circles, retreats, team experiences, or even a special kind of birthday celebration. Ideal for any gathering where you want to create something that goes deeper than dinner and a speaker. Available virtually or in person. Minimum 4 participants.
Private Ceremony
A one-on-one ceremonial container held just for you. Recommended for significant life transitions, creative breakthroughs, or moments where you need a dedicated space to land. Available virtually or in person (SoCal area).
